Wireless snowdepth sensor
Starbit SDM-LW is a wireless sensor for measuring snow depth and weather conditions. It is manufactured in
Sweden, designed for ease of use and can be mounted on poles as well as flat surfaces.
The sensor is completely wireless and communicates via NB-IOT or LoRaWAN. The snow depth is measured at distances of up to 50 meters.

Our cloud based software platform is included in the subscription and provides an intuitive real-time overview of your sensors and weather conditions. Everything that has to do with the output from the sensors is administered here, for example trigger values, notifications, duty rosters and reports.
Notifications can be sent via e-mail, SMS and other external systems. The platform also makes it possible to communicate in a number of other channels such as social media and digital display systems.
